Damien Jefferies, the founder and CEO of Jefferies James, started his career in 1991 for a large independent estate agency in West London. His career journey has included being the Managing Director of the successful ‘Sinclairs’ estate agency in Notting Hill and Bayswater, as well as currently holding the position as Director and licensee for Fine & Country in prime locations across London.
